My Perfection

I don't think we have only one soul mate... we have more! Some might be right now on this Earth, some wandering other far away realms. 

My late ex-husband was never "perfect" for me, but he's always been, from the very first second of our relationship the best friend I've ever had (and we had an "arranged" marriage by our families, lol!).

I've had in this life a man who was perfect for me; but alas, I've lost him, too; he was my only one submissive partner.

I've met a man about twenty years ago, had him living in the same building with me for all this time... two Summers ago we've discovered we were perfect lovers, but guess what... thinks being in his early 70's is not "proper" for being a lover, it's a time in life when one should "draw" his/her "balance sheet". And he knows almost all men I had in my life! Isn't that ironic?!

Then comes my ex friend with benefits, a perfect match... socially & professionally brilliant! and so "technically correct" in the bedroom, oh my!

I look back at all of them... one "thing" that my "perfect one" must have is to be a child inside! freshness and freedom! The other "thing" is passion; if we have it in us, the older we get, the more exquisite our life becomes, if not... well then, the older... the dryer inside!  

Why I'm saying all these? Because I hope it will make you think, meditate a bit about this  "looking for the right one!" That "right one" might be right indeed, but he or she thinks it's not proper... or you may find a "right one" far away from you!

Keep looking! Talk to your heart! Defy your life!
